Excellent doctor! Dr. Rao has been taking care of my gastro issues and has treated me very well. My symptoms was reduced significantly to almost nothing. I will definitely recommend her to patients suffering any GI problems.
I was nervous at first, but everything went well, don’t remember anything about the procedure because I was totally out, I was back in the recovery room, my daughter tried several times to wake me up and was sound asleep, after awhile I was released to go home and I sleep for several hours.when I woke up i felt nauseous but it was from the med’s they gave me to sleep, but once That was over ,I was fine. I have had no more problems, nothing to worry about.
I had my first visit with Dr. Rao around 6/12/24 and Dr. Rao listened to all my issues and then made a plan of attack for the GI. Within just over a week, I had my appointment, and was now good-to-go for another decade. Success!
I had a colonoscopy last week and Dr Rao did an excellent job. Her and her staff made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with her nurse CC. She was very thorough and documenting my health history and explaining the procedure. I highly recommend Doctor Rao, her professional staff and nice facility near Ellington Airport! Best regards

The entire consult experience was outstanding. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, friendly and professional. Dr. Rao was very informative and explained everything. She answered all questions and provided lot's of information.
I’ve been going to Dr. Rao for many years for Crohn’s disease. She cares about me as a person and a patient and makes sure I do what I’m supposed to do to stay healthy! Awesome care when really sick!

Dr Rao LISTENS to her patients and then acts on their concerns. Very professional staff. Facilities are very clean.

Seeing Dr. RAO for follow-up of long case of diarrhea & Constipation, also to review several tests run after last visit on stomach & hernia found by another doctor. Saw her new PA again first. Believe me she needs one. Don't feel she's (Dr. RAO's) getting away from seeing you. THAT'S how good she is. (I'm wondering if I should hold back on referring others to her for a while.) If her boss is listening, this woman deserves a raise! After the PA went over my test results & anything else's; my favorite Dr. Rao came, gave me a script for my Constipation, covered the other issues and asked if had further questions. Typical of me, I forgot a couple of things, but I will call Monday to speak with her equally hard working, but always nice, helpful and follows up for me. Denise has been there longer than me. So, she's very familiar with procedures & Dr.Rao's needs.
If you've been looking for a super G.I. look no more. I found her while having another go around with a condition I feared was about to be the death of me. Several GI's had failed to find & treat me correctly.
If they'd tried just one more test I might have been over this a year before. But I know now ways to deal with it that usually work, if not, I quickly schedule a new appointment.

Dr Rao just did a successful bolus removal, she was truly professional & concise before the procedure, along with Amir & Tony. No bleeding or discomfort after. Will return to her for any future medical concerns. Grateful for their services. 🙏
