When I try to call nobody would answer the phone I would try like 3 or more times but every body was nice that's the only thing that would stress me out so I would just stopped.

I'm not sure about the reviews on here. I was met at the desk by Shanna, who was very friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly listen to my concerns and get me scheduled right away.
